We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased through mypolkadots.com. Merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment. Customer pays return shipping on items being returned.
RETURNS:
We are unable to accept merchandise that is not in its original packaging or items that are in obviously used or played with condition. All sales on holiday and seasonal merchandise are final. We cannot offer returns or price adjustments for seasonal merchandise.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take extra care in packaging your order, but if products arrived damaged, please contact customer service at cservice@mypolkadots.com or call 1-850-626-3568.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. See the rate table below for shipping costs. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver are available at an additional charge. These charges are calculated online, based on order weight and delivery zip code.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT TAKES 24 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. So if you order 2nd Day Air, it will actually take three days to arrive. Orders placed after 10 a.m. Eastern time will ship the following business day. Please remember that UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless extra charges are paid. If you need delivery on a Saturday please call us to find out the amount of the Saturday Delivery charge.
ALASKA AND HAWAII CUSTOMERS:
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and military bases will ship US mail or parcel post, regardless of shipping method chosen. You will be charged actual shipping cost. If you have any questions please email cservice@mypolkadots.com.
PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED:
Purchase orders are accepted from schools and daycare centers. The ship to address must be the school address. POs may be faxed to 850-626-3570. Terms are Net 30 days and limit is $500 on your first purchase order.
GIFT WRAP AVAILABLE:
Don't forget that we can gift wrap most items for a nominal fee! If there is an item on your list that we cannot wrap (usually due to size or shape), we will deduct the cost of gift wrap for that item before your card is processed at the end of the business day.
